風力發電機(ji)組偏航系統詳細介(jie)紹

1.1. 環境條件
  在(zai)進行偏航系統(tong)的設(she)計時,必須(xu)考慮的環境條(tiao)件如(ru)下:

1). 溫(wen)度;

2). 濕度;

3). 陽光輻(fu)射;
4). 雨、冰雹(bao)、雪和(he)冰; 
5). 化學活性物質; 
6). 機械活動微粒;
7). 鹽霧。風(feng)電材料設(she)備(bei)
8). 近海環(huan)境(jing)需要(yao)考慮(lv)附加(jia)特殊條件(jian)。
   應(ying)根(gen)據典型值(zhi)或(huo)可(ke)變條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)的(de)***,確定設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)用的(de)氣候條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)。選擇設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)值(zhi)時(shi),應(ying)考慮幾種氣候條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)同(tong)時(shi)出現的(de)可(ke)能性。在與年輪周(zhou)期相對應(ying)的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)***范圍(wei)內,氣候條(tiao)件(jian)(jian)的(de)變化應(ying)不影響所設(she)計(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)風力發電機組偏(pian)航系(xi)統的(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運行。
1.2. 電纜(lan)
  為保證機組懸(xuan)垂部(bu)分電纜(lan)不至于產(chan)生過度的紐絞(jiao)而使電纜(lan)斷(duan)裂失效,必須使電纜(lan)有足夠的懸(xuan)垂量(liang)(liang),在設計上要采用冗余(yu)設計。電纜(lan)懸(xuan)垂量(liang)(liang)的多少是根據電纜(lan)所允許的扭(niu)轉角度確定的。
1.3. 阻尼
  為(wei)避免風(feng)(feng)力發電機(ji)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)偏(pian)航(hang)(hang)過(guo)程中(zhong)產(chan)生過(guo)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)振動(dong)而造成整機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)共振,偏(pian)航(hang)(hang)系統(tong)在(zai)(zai)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)偏(pian)航(hang)(hang)時必須具(ju)有合適(shi)的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)尼力矩。阻(zu)尼力矩的(de)(de)(de)大(da)小要根據機(ji)艙和風(feng)(feng)輪質量總和的(de)(de)(de)慣性力矩來確定(ding)。其基本的(de)(de)(de)確定(ding)原則為(wei)確保風(feng)(feng)力發電機(ji)組(zu)(zu)在(zai)(zai)偏(pian)航(hang)(hang)時應動(dong)作平穩順暢不產(chan)生振動(dong)。只(zhi)有在(zai)(zai)阻(zu)尼力矩的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下,機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)風(feng)(feng)輪才能(neng)夠定(ding)位(wei)準確,充分利(li)用(yong)風(feng)(feng)能(neng)進行(xing)發電。
1.4. 解纜和紐纜保護

  對(dui)于并網型(xing)風力(li)(li)(li)發電機(ji)(ji)組的運(yun)行狀(zhuang)態來(lai)說,風輪軸和(he)葉片(pian)軸在機(ji)(ji)組的正常(chang)運(yun)行時不可(ke)避免(mian)的產生陀螺力(li)(li)(li)矩,這個力(li)(li)(li)矩過大(da)將對(dui)風力(li)(li)(li)發電機(ji)(ji)組的壽命和(he)安全造(zao)成(cheng)影響。為減少(shao)這個力(li)(li)(li)矩對(dui)風力(li)(li)(li)發電機(ji)(ji)組的影響,偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)系統的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)轉(zhuan)速(su)應根據(ju)風力(li)(li)(li)發電機(ji)(ji)組功(gong)率的大(da)小通過偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)系統力(li)(li)(li)學分(fen)析(xi)來(lai)確定。根據(ju)實際生產和(he)目前國(guo)內(nei)已安裝的機(ji)(ji)型(xing)的實際狀(zhuang)況,偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)系統的偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)轉(zhuan)速(su)的推薦值見表5

1.6. 偏航液壓系統

  并網型(xing)風力發(fa)電機組(zu)的(de)偏航系統一(yi)般都設(she)有液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置,液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)是拖動(dong)偏航制動(dong)器松開(kai)或鎖緊。一(yi)般液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)管路(lu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)采用(yong)無縫鋼(gang)管制成(cheng),柔性(xing)管路(lu)連接部(bu)分應(ying)(ying)(ying)采用(yong)合適(shi)的(de)高壓(ya)(ya)軟管。螺接管路(lu)連接組(zu)件應(ying)(ying)(ying)通過試驗(yan)保(bao)證(zheng)偏航系統所(suo)要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)密封和(he)承(cheng)受(shou)工作(zuo)中(zhong)出現(xian)的(de)動(dong)載(zai)荷。液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)元器件的(de)設(she)計、選型(xing)和(he)布(bu)置應(ying)(ying)(ying)符(fu)合液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)裝(zhuang)置的(de)有關具(ju)(ju)體(ti)規定和(he)要(yao)求(qiu)。液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)管路(lu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)能夠保(bao)持(chi)清潔并具(ju)(ju)有良(liang)好的(de)抗氧化性(xing)能。液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統在額定的(de)工作(zuo)壓(ya)(ya)力下不(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)出現(xian)滲漏(lou)現(xian)象。

1.7. 偏航制動器

  采(cai)用(yong)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)驅動(dong)的(de)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)系統(tong)時,為避免振蕩(dang)的(de)風(feng)向變(bian)化,引起(qi)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)交(jiao)變(bian)負(fu)荷(he),應采(cai)用(yong)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)制動(dong)器(qi)(或稱(cheng)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)阻尼器(qi))來吸收微(wei)小自(zi)由(you)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)轉振蕩(dang),防止偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)的(de)交(jiao)變(bian)應力引起(qi)輪(lun)(lun)齒(chi)過早損傷。對于由(you)風(feng)向沖擊(ji)葉片或風(feng)輪(lun)(lun)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)偏(pian)(pian)(pian)航(hang)力矩的(de)裝置,應經試驗證實其有效性。

1.8. 偏(pian)航計(ji)數(shu)器

  偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)系(xi)統(tong)中都設有偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)計數(shu)(shu)器,偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)計數(shu)(shu)器的作(zuo)用是(shi)(shi)用來記錄偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)系(xi)統(tong)所(suo)運轉(zhuan)的圈數(shu)(shu),當偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)系(xi)統(tong)的偏(pian)(pian)航(hang)圈數(shu)(shu)達到(dao)計數(shu)(shu)器的設定(ding)條(tiao)件時,則(ze)觸發自(zi)動解纜(lan)動作(zuo),機(ji)組進行自(zi)動解纜(lan)并復位。計數(shu)(shu)器的設定(ding)條(tiao)件是(shi)(shi)根據機(ji)組懸垂部分電纜(lan)的允許扭轉(zhuan)角(jiao)度來確定(ding)的,其原(yuan)則(ze)是(shi)(shi)要小(xiao)于電纜(lan)所(suo)允許扭轉(zhuan)的角(jiao)度。

1.9. 潤滑

  偏(pian)航系統(tong)必須(xu)設置(zhi)潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)裝置(zhi),以保證(zheng)驅動齒輪和偏(pian)航齒圈的潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)。目前國內的機組的偏(pian)航系統(tong)一般都采(cai)用潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂(zhi)和潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)油相結(jie)合的潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)方式,定期更換潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)油和潤(run)(run)(run)滑(hua)(hua)脂(zhi)。

1.10. 密(mi)封

  偏(pian)航系(xi)統必須采取(qu)密封措施,以保證(zheng)系(xi)統內的清結和相鄰部件之間的運動不會產(chan)生有害的影響。

1.11. 表面防腐處(chu)理(li)

  偏(pian)航系統各組成部件的表面處理(li)必須適應風(feng)力發(fa)電機組的工(gong)作環(huan)(huan)境。風(feng)力發(fa)電機組比較典型的工(gong)作環(huan)(huan)境除風(feng)況之外,其他環(huan)(huan)境(氣候)條件如熱、光、腐蝕、機械、電或其他物理(li)作用應加(jia)以考(kao)慮。

2.偏航系統的(de)組成

  偏(pian)航系(xi)統一般(ban)(ban)由(you)偏(pian)航軸承、偏(pian)航驅動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、偏(pian)航制動器、偏(pian)航計(ji)數器、紐(niu)纜保(bao)護裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)、偏(pian)航液壓回路等幾個部分(fen)組成(cheng)。偏(pian)航系(xi)統的一般(ban)(ban)組成(cheng)結(jie)構見(jian)圖(tu)5

 

  風力(li)(li)(li)發電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組的偏航系統(tong)一般有(you)(you)外(wai)齒形式(shi)(shi)和內齒形式(shi)(shi)兩種。偏航驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置可(ke)以采用電(dian)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)馬達驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)可(ke)以是常(chang)閉式(shi)(shi)或常(chang)開式(shi)(shi)。常(chang)開式(shi)(shi)制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)一般是指有(you)(you)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)或電(dian)磁力(li)(li)(li)拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)處于鎖(suo)緊狀態的制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi);常(chang)閉式(shi)(shi)制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)一般是指有(you)(you)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)或電(dian)磁力(li)(li)(li)拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)處于松(song)開狀態的制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)。采用常(chang)開式(shi)(shi)制動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)時,偏航系統(tong)必須(xu)具(ju)有(you)(you)偏航定位鎖(suo)緊裝置或防逆傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)(dong)裝置。
2.1. 偏航軸(zhou)承(cheng)
  偏(pian)航(hang)軸承(cheng)的(de)軸承(cheng)內(nei)外(wai)(wai)圈(quan)(quan)分(fen)別與機組(zu)的(de)機艙和塔體(ti)用(yong)螺栓(shuan)連接。輪(lun)齒(chi)可采用(yong)內(nei)齒(chi)或外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)。外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)是(shi)輪(lun)齒(chi)位于偏(pian)航(hang)軸承(cheng)的(de)外(wai)(wai)圈(quan)(quan)上(shang),加工(gong)相對來(lai)說比較(jiao)簡(jian)(jian)單(dan);內(nei)齒(chi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)是(shi)輪(lun)齒(chi)位于偏(pian)航(hang)軸承(cheng)的(de)內(nei)圈(quan)(quan)上(shang),嚙合受力效果較(jiao)好,結(jie)構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)。具體(ti)采用(yong)內(nei)齒(chi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)或外(wai)(wai)齒(chi)形(xing)(xing)式(shi)(shi)應根據機組(zu)的(de)具體(ti)結(jie)構(gou)和總體(ti)布置進行選擇(ze)。偏(pian)航(hang)齒(chi)圈(quan)(quan)的(de)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)(jian)圖見(jian)圖6風電(dian)材料設備(bei)

(1)、偏(pian)航齒圈(quan)的輪齒強(qiang)度計算方法參照DIN3990GB3480《漸(jian)開線(xian)園柱齒輪承載能力(li)計算(suan)方法》及GB6413《漸(jian)開線園柱齒輪(lun)膠合承載能力計算(suan)方法》進行計算(suan)。

(2)、偏航軸(zhou)承部分(fen)的(de)計算方法(fa)參照DIN281JB/T2300《回(hui)轉支(zhi)承》來進行(xing)計算,偏航軸(zhou)承的潤滑(hua)(hua)應使用制(zhi)造商推薦的潤滑(hua)(hua)劑和(he)潤滑(hua)(hua)油,軸(zhou)承必須進行(xing)密封(feng)。

2.2. 驅(qu)動裝置 
  驅動(dong)裝置一(yi)般(ban)由(you)驅動(dong)電機(ji)或驅動(dong)馬達、減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器、傳(chuan)動(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)、輪(lun)齒(chi)(chi)間隙調整(zheng)機(ji)構等組成(cheng)。驅動(dong)裝置的(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器一(yi)般(ban)可采用(yong)行星減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器或蝸輪(lun)蝸桿與行星減(jian)(jian)(jian)速器串聯;傳(chuan)動(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)一(yi)般(ban)采用(yong)漸開線圓柱(zhu)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)。傳(chuan)動(dong)齒(chi)(chi)輪(lun)的(de)齒(chi)(chi)面(mian)和(he)齒(chi)(chi)根應采取淬火處理,一(yi)般(ban)硬度值應達到HRC55~62。驅動裝置的結構簡圖(tu)見圖(tu)7

2.3. 偏航(hang)制動器
  偏航制(zhi)動(dong)器一般采用液壓拖動(dong)的鉗盤式制(zhi)動(dong)器,其結構(gou)簡圖(tu)見(jian)圖(tu)8。風電材(cai)料設備(bei)
(1)、偏(pian)(pian)航制動器是偏(pian)(pian)航系統中的重(zhong)要部件,制動器應在(zai)額定負載(zai)下,制動力矩穩定,其值應不(bu)小于(yu)設計(ji)值。在(zai)機組偏(pian)(pian)航過(guo)程中,制動器提(ti)供的阻尼力矩應保持平穩,與設計(ji)值的偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)應小于(yu)5%,制動(dong)過程不得有異常噪聲(sheng)。制動(dong)器在(zai)額定負載下閉合(he)時(shi),制動(dong)襯墊和制動(dong)盤的貼合(he)面積應(ying)不小于(yu)設計面積的50%;制動襯(chen)墊周邊與制動鉗體的配合間隙任一處應不大(da)于(yu)0.5mm。制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器應設有自(zi)動(dong)(dong)補(bu)償(chang)機構(gou)(gou),以(yi)便在(zai)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)襯塊(kuai)磨損時(shi)進行自(zi)動(dong)(dong)補(bu)償(chang),保證制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)矩和偏(pian)航阻尼(ni)力(li)(li)矩的(de)穩定(ding)。在(zai)偏(pian)航系統中(zhong),制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器可以(yi)采用常(chang)閉(bi)式(shi)和常(chang)開(kai)式(shi)兩種結構(gou)(gou)形式(shi),常(chang)閉(bi)式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器是在(zai)有動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)的(de)條件下處(chu)于松(song)開(kai)狀態,常(chang)開(kai)式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器則是處(chu)于鎖緊(jin)狀態。兩種形式(shi)相比較(jiao)并考(kao)慮失效保護,一般采用常(chang)閉(bi)式(shi)制(zhi)動(dong)(dong)器。
(2)、制動(dong)盤通常位于(yu)塔架或塔架與機艙的(de)(de)適配器上(shang),一般為環狀,制動(dong)盤的(de)(de)材質(zhi)(zhi)應具有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)(de)強(qiang)度和韌性(xing),如果采(cai)用焊接連接,材質(zhi)(zhi)還應具有(you)比較(jiao)好的(de)(de)可焊性(xing),此外,在(zai)機組壽命期內(nei)制動(dong)盤不應出現疲勞(lao)損壞。制動(dong)盤的(de)(de)連接、固(gu)定(ding)必須可靠(kao)牢固(gu),表面粗糙度應達到Ra3.2

(3)、制(zhi)(zhi)動鉗(qian)由制(zhi)(zhi)動鉗(qian)體和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)動襯塊(kuai)組成。制(zhi)(zhi)動鉗(qian)體一般采(cai)用高強度螺(luo)栓連接(jie)用經過(guo)計算的(de)足夠的(de)力矩固定于機(ji)艙的(de)機(ji)架上。制(zhi)(zhi)動襯塊(kuai)應由專用的(de)摩(mo)擦材料制(zhi)(zhi)成,一般推(tui)薦用銅基(ji)或鐵基(ji)粉末冶(ye)金(jin)材料制(zhi)(zhi)成,銅基(ji)粉末冶(ye)金(jin)材料多(duo)用于濕(shi)式(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)動器,而鐵基(ji)粉末冶(ye)金(jin)材料多(duo)用
